Manager, Sales Readiness

The Sales Readiness Manager leads a high-impact team that ensures every initiative touching Sales drives measurable business value. This role connects strategy to execution—aligning priorities, designing scalable processes, and equipping Sales with what they need to win. The Sales Readiness team Serve as the single coordination point for cross-functional projects, ensuring clarity, communication, and accountability. The ideal leader influences across functions, partners with executives, and uses data and technology to focus the organization on what matters most.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.5 or more years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Program Management leadership.Demonstrated success leading teams and influencing without direct authority across multiple business functions.Proven experience designing scalable processes and governance frameworks for cross-functional execution.Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM, project management, and analytics platforms; experience with AI or automation tools a plus.
