Job Profile Summary Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the organization. Activities include: • Business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships • Pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc. • Media planning, analytics and strategy, including R.O.I. (Return on Investment) evaluation and digital marketing analytics and strategy • Medical product market analytics, including evaluating the economic value of products and therapies with clinical and quality of life outcomes data, along with market access and reimbursement strategies • Brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standards • E-commerce strategy, planning, and management, including merchant development and support

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all functions of the sales and coordination team to ensure client satisfaction through efficient, professional, and personal support. Responsible for the budgetary success of sales goals through efforts in assisting team members with projects and providing oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to facilitate functions as described in all levels of sales and coordination job descriptionsProvide leadership, development, and coaching of team members. Actively engaging and supporting the development of the team to ensure better performance and succession planning.Working with HR/Recruitment drive the recruitment & selection of sales and coordination team members.Contribute to the design and implementation of programs and projects which impact the departmentEnsure fiscal responsibility to the company by managing optimal gross margin, minimizing unnecessary returns and good coordination processes to reduce preventable costsEnsure team members are knowledgeable with mfg programs, rebates, specials, etc, in order to provide competitiveness in the market placeMotivate team members to achieve a consistent level of performance with sales goals and other Metrics for the departmentExperience in understanding and handling difficult/escalated clientele situationsAssist team members with priority issuesMonitor, track, and report on the productivity, performance, and quality of the sales and coordination individualsIdentify staff strengths and weaknesses for training and development purposes. Hold staff accountable for any deficiencies in a consistently timely mannerEnsure high level of customer service in order to exceed customer expectations and creating relationships that encourage customers to returnFacilitate ongoing product training opportunities for team membersDevelop and provide timely analytical reports to identify sales trends makes timely process improvement recommendations to Call Center AdministrationEnsures all team members are current on all procedures, policies, and guidelines through training and communicationDevelop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvementsOther duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in sales, or related transferable skillsLeadership experienceCustomer-centric and Internet savvyStrong MS Office skillsExperience in understanding and handling difficult/escalated clientele situations
