**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Manager, RTD Tea - Indonesia** **Reports to:** Senior Manager, Stills - Indonesia **Location** : Jakarta, Indonesia ASP OU Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU-Market model, where the OU elevates and enables strategic growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences. **Focus, Scope, & Impact:** The Brand Manager activates marketing programs for an assigned brand within Indonesia, ensuring global strategies are tailored and brought to life locally. Working under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager, this role blends consumer intimacy and execution excellence, focusing on delivering impactful campaigns and strong commercial partnerships. Global/Regional Brands - working in partnership with Senior Brand Manager, Brand Director, and OU/Category Teams: + Activates annual and quarterly brand marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions, ensuring alignment with strategic guidance and maximizing local impact and relevance. + Adapts and optimize global toolkits, content, and programs to fit the unique needs of the country, factoring in shopper, channel, and customer insights. + Develops and executes key brand initiatives across IMX, digital, shopper/trade, and channel, managing timelines and deliverables for efficient market roll-out. + Partners with agencies, commercial, and bottling teams on localized implementation, ensuring on-brand execution and timely delivery. + Tracks and reports campaign and brand KPIs (e.g., share, equity, penetration), gathers marketplace insights, and contributes to post-activation reviews. + Supports business reviews, competitor tracking, and the development of best practice learnings for future activations. **Experience & Critical Requirements:** + 3-5+ years of brand, trade/shopper marketing, or commercial experience in FMCG, beverage, or related categories. + Experience adapting global/category plans for local relevance and executing campaigns or activations in market for both local and global plans + Exposure to agency management, external partner collaboration, and budget tracking at the project/initiative level. + Solid analytical and project management skills, including interpreting data, campaign KPIs, and marketplace trends. + Collaborative approach, able to work effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams. + Understanding of local consumer/shopper dynamics and how to operationalize insights. **Communication Focus:** + Maintains strong two-way communication with Senior Brand Manager, Brand Director, OU, and category teams, ensuring alignment on brand priorities and sharing clear market feedback. + Coordinates with agencies, commercial teams, and bottler partners for seamless campaign delivery. + Concisely communicates key learnings, local market needs, and activation results to inform ongoing strategy and planning. + Represents the brand in-market as the key execution lead for assigned projects, championing both brand standards and local consumer connection. **About Coca‑Cola ASEAN & South Pacific** The Coca‑Cola Company (NYSE: KO) is a total beverage company with products sold in more than 200 countries and territories.
