**The Role:**
The Manager, Revenue Operations is a key member of the MCS Gas Marketing team responsible for developing and executing data strategies that optimize sales performance and channel partner programs. This role requires a strategic, analytical thinker with a deep understanding of CRM systems, data management, and incentive program design.
**Responsibilities:**
**Data Strategy & Performance Analytics:**
+ Own the full data lifecycle for the sales, from sourcing and structuring to analysis and reporting. This includes finding creative ways to pull data from disparate tools, including Salesforce.
+ Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide leadership with a clear, real-time view of sales performance against goals.
+ Conduct in-depth, historical analysis of sales trends to identify new product or service opportunities and forecast future performance
**** **CRM & Data Management**
+ Serve as the primary administrator of our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring its architecture, data integrity, and user adoption. You will own the configuration of objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules, as well as developing and executing user training programs to ensure the sales and distribution teams are proficient with the system.
+ Actively monitor user activity to ensure high adoption rates and data quality. You will be responsible for tracking key process metrics, including the actioning of sales qualified leads (SQLs), and developing remediation plans to ensure goals are met.
+ Design and implement processes to import and synchronize distributor data into the CRM, ensuring a single, accurate source of truth. You will evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to optimize the sales and marketing tech stack, managing projects to connect disparate systems and enhance data flow.
**Incentive Program Development & Administration:**
+ Design, develop, and administer a data-driven incentive and rebate program that motivates and rewards distributor performance and drives key business objectives.
+ Assist in refining the channel partner program, including defining tiered requirements, benefits, and program guidelines.
**Cross-Functional Alignment:**
+ Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Legal) to align the channel strategy with overall business goals.
+ Support our sales team by preparing and conducting joint business reviews with partners, identifying areas for improvement and developing collaborative action plans.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Data Science, or Finance.
+ 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a channel management role with a heavy emphasis on data analytics.
+ Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, sourcing data from disparate systems, and building comprehensive reports.
+ Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools like Power BI is required.
+ Proven experience in developing and administering sales incentive or rebate programs.
+ Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the utility or gas industry.
+ Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
+ A proven track record of resolving internal process inefficiencies to improve channel outcomes.
