We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Revenue Development.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Support the development and launch of initiatives to generate new revenue streams for CIB which show a path to min $100m revenue and demonstrate value in 18-24 months, with a clear client path to commercialisation across new markets and/or client sets, and to accelerate go-to-marketContribute to and facilitate the experience design process, from customer discovery research and problem statement development to solution prototyping and usability testing, achieving a sweet spot among business viability, customer desirability, and technical feasibilityContinuously and actively improve customer experience and satisfaction through innovative and evidence-based solutionsLeverage new growth opportunities to optimise existing revenue streams (collaborating with Strategy and Products)Work collaboratively across the SRD (Strategic Revenue Development) Team to extract strategy synergies that drive resultsEnsure the fair treatment of our clients and maintaining a growth mindset culture is at the heart of what we doStrong problem-solving, communications, negotiations, team building, project management and planning skillsOutstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills, and build rapport across the SRD team
