As the Manager, Returns Material Authorization in Singapore, you will have the chance to build and improve our world-class returns process. The day-to-day As a pivotal member of our team, you will: Coordinate and manage the complete Returns Material Authorization (RMA) process with a focus on flawless execution. Determine and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our returns workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and strict adherence to company policies. Develop and maintain critical metrics to monitor and improve the performance of the RMA process. Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting an inclusive and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with collaborators to address and resolve any issues related to returns. What you'll need To succeed in this role, you must have: Proven experience in managing returns or supply chain processes. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a diligent approach. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements. The ability to compete in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and collaborators.
