**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking our **Resident Experience Manager** for Keiser University Flagship Campus located in **West Palm Beach, FL** . Our REM will live on campus, housing is provided for single occupancy, no pets and be responsible for conflict mediation, student conduct and programming and share responsibility for campus-wide training, leading departmental committees and will manage on-call and emergency coverage. This role creates positive, productive and safe campus events and environments so our students can focus on their academic and athletic success. **Valid Driver’s License and clear driving background required.** **Incentives** On Campus Housing required, single occupancy, no pets, Meal Plan assistance **What You'll Do** + Be the leader of residential housing and resident engagement and student life + Have experience in Facilities Management + Manage the on-campus experience for over 2000 students + Administrate and Facilitate the Residence Code of Conduct + Be experienced in counseling and providing mental health service + Achieve a high standard of community living and engagement that facilitates positive and directed student development + Develop, administer, promote and assess the Residence Life Program + Develop significant and sustained training experiences for our Community Ambassadors + **Valid Driver’s License and clear driving background** **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
