Key Responsibilities:
+ Works with team to deliver services, broking/negotiate with treaty reinsurance terms / serve assigned accounts, client management.
+ Interpret client’s exposure/portfolio, demands in specific area and carry out data analysis with a broader team to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues/requests that are generally similar in nature.
+ Works on assignments on existing accounts (renewal accounts) in nature where established practices and procedures which are guided by policies, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager.
+ Build up intensive client relationship and knowledge into the organization, reinsurers and clients.
+ Occasionally leads the project across a small team / event organization; provides informal guidance to junior staff.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Possesses advanced analytical, and problem-solving skills and abilities; able to investigate issues to solve problems.
+ Individual with knowledge of the reinsurance practices within a technical/ professional discipline.
+ Works independently most of the time; receives minimal guidance.
+ Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
+ Solves a range of straightforward problems.
+ Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate treaty/service term.
+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
+ Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
