Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to build and implement omnichannel communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer insights.

Be responsible for creative development, messaging, and tactical execution across digital, print, video, and event channels.

Own and develop campaign, media and creative briefs for all campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, audience insights, and brand voice.

Manage internal and external agencies, serving as a creative translator to ensure deliverables meet business needs and brand standards.

Lead project management efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with copy approval processes and MarTech systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, Showpad, Marketo, Salesforce).

Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure effective communication and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required (advanced degree preferred).

Minimum 3 years of content management experience required, ideally in B2B healthcare.

Proven experience managing creative agencies and delivering digital, print, and video campaigns required

Strong project management and communication planning skills required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing technology platforms required

Willingness to travel 10–20% required
