A day in the Life:

Coordinate daily QA operationsImplement and monitor strict quality protocolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standardsDriving continuous improvement initiativesManage client and internal quality audits and regulatory inspectionsReviews quality metrics and audit findingsReviews SOPs and provides trainingContributes to performance management of staffEnhance quality awareness and complianceStaff Management of a small teamLead with the voice of Quality

Proven leadership in quality assuranceAbility to successfully implement QA processesStrong collaboration and communication skills

Education

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in a QA roleExperience in a leadership positionTrack record of successful process improvementsExperience in staff management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

In-depth knowledge of QA methodologiesEssential – experience of GLP/GCPExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
