You will ensure seating is well-planned so associates have the appropriate space to collaborate and execute work effectively. + Students and Grads (S&G) Workforce Planning: Oversee Card Tech+ S&G planning temporarily, including the management of allocations, rotations, alumni experience, and internship planning. + Horizontal Workforce Projects: Plan and execute a diverse range of workforce initiatives, such as associate mobility events, furlough support, and specialized Card Tech+ MVP+ tower projects that arise throughout the year. + Workforce Analytics: Analyze data across multiple systems—including People Data Hub and Tableau—to identify trends, uncover talent gaps, and transform data into actionable stories that influence executive decision-making. + Process & Tooling Optimization: Continuously evaluate the "how" of our work, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the integrity of our workforce systems. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience + At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Data Analysis Preferred Qualifications: + Masters / MBA degree + 6+ years of people, workforce or data analytics experience + 7+ years of Project Management experience + PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Strong problem solving and influencing skills + Work experience achieving results with complex projects _At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-2, E-3, L-1 and O-1, or any EADs or other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer)._ The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project Management Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
