Lead the implementation, and maintenance of the culture of continuous improvement with focus on people, quality, delivery and cost. Develop productivity improvement solutions and implement LEAN tools and systems across the Site.
How you'll make an impact:
• Develop and lead the optimization of manufacturing processes, using Lean Six Sigma methods. Train and coach team members in these methodologies.
• Lead change management and the adoption of standard Lean Mgmt Systems (e.g. Standard Work, Leader Std Work, Tier Daily Mgmt. Gemba Walks, mistake proofing, ideas system, Kaizen, work content analysis, among others) in partnership with cross-functional leaders to drive problem solving and process improvement.
• Lead and facilitate complex training and workshops for cross-functional, cross-site project teams (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma Methods, VSM, Kaizen events, A3 Problem Solving, among others) while teaching/coaching team members
• Lead the development and execution of complex action plans to achieve BEX (business excellence) goals in collaboration cross functional teams

What you'll need (Required): Education and experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Scientific field, minimum of 8 years of experience Required or Master's Degree or equivalent minimum of 5 years' experience Required
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Required
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred
Previous experience working on Operational Excellence Required

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite; CAD (if applicable) experience Required
• Proven expertise in usage of Minitab or equivalent stat software Required
• Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
