As the manager, Program Management, Compliance & Standards – Licensed Coffeehouses Operations, you will lead a high-performing team of Compliance and Standards Advisors based in Seattle, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance across our Licensed Coffeehouses in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll shape the future of our compliance strategy, foster strong partnerships, and ensure Starbucks brand standards are upheld consistently across diverse markets. _As a manager, Program Management, Compliance & Standards – Licensed Coffeehouses Operations, you will…_ • _Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compliance and Standards Advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning._ • _Design and evolve the compliance and standards strategy, overseeing internal and third-party audit programs._ • _Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Training, Finance, and Communications to align on compliance initiatives and support Licensee success._ _We’d love to hear from people with:_ • _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Compliance, or related field (Master’s preferred)._ • _8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or operational standards, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment._ • _3+ years of experience leading teams across regions or markets._ • _Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in both U.S. and Canadian markets._ • _Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels._ • _Prior experience building or managing multi-unit scorecard/KPI frameworks._ • _Track record leading large-scale change management or adoption of new processes, systems, or standards._ • _Strong data storytelling skills — converting reporting into actionable coaching and action plans._ • _Experience with third-party audit firms and compliance platforms._ • _Certifications in compliance or auditing (e.g., CCEP, ISO, Six Sigma)._ • _Deep knowledge of Starbucks Operational Excellence and Food Safety standards._ • _Franchise or licensee background with demonstrated ability to influence without authority_ _._ As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
