Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Services Manager to lead and support a high-performing team within the public administration space. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of client projects and the ongoing development of our professional services team, which includes project managers, solution consultants, and other key roles. Key Responsibilities + Team Leadership & Support + Lead, mentor, and support a team of professional services resources. + Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture. + Ensure team members receive appropriate training and development to support business growth and evolution. + Project Oversight + Act as a project sponsor across multiple engagements. + Drive project momentum and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timelines. + Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues. + Performance & Metrics + Hold team members accountable for key performance indicators including utilization, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction. + Monitor and report on team performance and project outcomes. + Strategic Contribution + Contribute to organizational change initiatives and process improvements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with business objectives. Skills & Requirements Qualifications + Proven experience in professional services management, preferably in public administration or government sectors. + Strong leadership and people management skills. + Excellent project management and organizational abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
