The Manager for SSO (Security Solutions Organization) Product & Solutions in Japan is responsible for driving key SSO initiatives and supporting the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to Japan’s market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations. This role requires close collaboration with regional product teams, business development, and customer success to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
•\tLead the localization and commercialization of SSO products for the Japanese market, ensuring cultural, regulatory, and operational fit.
•\tDevelop and execute GTM strategies, including bundling, pricing, and positioning of SSO solutions such as Cyber, Identity, and Fraud Prevention.
•\tPartner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Services, BD, Customer Success, Legal) to drive adoption and revenue growth.
•\tAct as a product SME in client engagements, RFPs, and partner discussions.
•\tMonitor product performance and provide feedback to global teams for continuous improvement.
•\tRepresent the Japan market in regional and global product roadmap discussions.
Required Qualifications
•\tFluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
•\tProven experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity, fraud, or digital identity domains.
•\tStrong understanding of Japan’s financial services ecosystem and regulatory environment.
•\tAbility to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
•\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
•\tExperience with pre-sales, customer success or product onboarding is a plus.
•\tFamiliarity with payment ecosystems and systems integrators in Japan.
