The Manager of Production Maintenance will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of skilled technicians who provide critical support to manufacturing operations at the site. This role ensures that production equipment, processes, and systems are maintained at optimal performance levels to meet production needs, quality standards, and safety requirements. The manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee technical troubleshooting, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support efficient and reliable manufacturing.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production support techniciansEstablish and maintain a robust cross-training plan to ensure technical skill redundancy across the organizationOversee daily technical support activities to ensure maximum equipment efficiencyDevelop and optimize maintenance programs, troubleshooting protocols and other maintenance best practicesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, response time, and technician productivityEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsManage staffing, training, and development plans for the technician teamMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and technical proceduresEstablish proactive equipment reliability and planning schedules to maximize production up-timeSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment or process issuesWhat you'll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related field with 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentWhat else we look for (Preferred):
