It should bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that products meet client expectation and business objectives. Should also support leadership in feature progress status, risk management and contribute to roadmap building. **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirements Gathering and Documentation:** + Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and client managers, to gather and document requirements for new features or updates. + Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps. **Support Product Development Lifecycle:** + Work with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives. + Attends Demos and validate that product features meet defined requirements. + Provide ongoing release support **Continuous Improvement:** + Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline product management workflows. + Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product management. **Core Competencies:** + Problem-solving and critical thinking + Attention to detail + Collaboration and teamwork + Organizational and time management skills + Adaptability and eagerness to learn **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role + In depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL + Familiarity with product management tools (Rally) + Basic understanding of Agile methodologies + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** + In depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL + Familiarity with product management tools (Rally) + Basic understanding of Agile methodologies + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $119,340.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
