Define and launch high-quality product development processes from ideation through final reportingOperate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders guiding several launches simultaneouslyUse industry best practices for product development processes specific to telecommunications to translate the appropriate steps for a unique market position Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentationDevelop a communication plan to inform stakeholders and process participantsGuide product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategiesLead content and product launches and product enhancements.WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience:3+ years of product development management and process experience3+ years of telecommunications experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field SkillsExpert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendationsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAnalytical, cognitive, office management, prioritization, organizational and English communication skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change.Preferred qualifications:
