As the Manager, Product Management – Data & Analytics, you will lead a team of 8+ product managers responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Starbucks’ data and analytics products. You will shape the product culture, foster innovation, and ensure our data platforms and tools empower partners across the organization to make smarter, faster, and more customer-centric decisions.

As a Manager, Product Management – Data & Analytics, you will:

Set the strategic direction and product vision for data and analytics across Starbucks, aligning with enterprise priorities and customer needs.Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver impactful data products and services.Champion product excellence by establishing best practices in product discovery, delivery, and measurement across the data and analytics portfolio

Represent the voice of the customer and partner in all product decisions, ensuring our data tools are intuitive, actionable, and scalable.
 

 

We’d love to hear from people with:

8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data, analytics, or platform products3+ years of experience managing and developing product teamsProven success in setting product strategy and delivering enterprise-scale data solutionsStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working in agile environments and driving product-led transformationMBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
