Join an innovative R&D organization advancing scientific instrumentation and pharmaceutical development. As Manager of Research & Development, you'll guide technical teams developing advanced solutions that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll provide strategic direction, mentor talent, and collaborate across functions to deliver transformative products while maintaining the highest quality and regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation technologies while developing your leadership skills in an environment that values integrity, dedication, innovation and involvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience, including 2+ years in people management/leadership roles
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline
• Additional technical certifications in relevant areas beneficial
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in regulated environments (GMP, ISO, etc.)
• Strong project management capabilities and track record delivering complex technical projects
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required
• Deep technical expertise in relevant domain (e.g., analytical instrumentation, pharmaceutical development, software systems)
• Proven ability to develop and mentor technical talent
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
• Proficiency with standard business software and technical tools
• Change management and continuous improvement experience
• Track record of driving innovation and technology advancement
