As the Manager of Product Analytics & Experimentation, you will be the driving force behind our experimentation strategy and Adobe Analytics tagging excellence for our Digital Consumer Tax Products. You’ll own the development of a comprehensive experimentation roadmap, implement and govern tagging standards, and embed these practices across product teams to accelerate learning and innovation. Your expertise in data analysis will generate actionable insights that optimize user experience and conversion. You will be both a practitioner and an evangelist - maturing our analytics capabilities, training teams, and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making. Your leadership will ensure experimentation and a culture of learning becomes a core engine for product growth. Day to day, you'll... + Establish tooling and deployment approaches (e.g., server- vs. client-side for Adobe Target) and lead execution + Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to integrate experimentation and tagging strategies into roadmaps and workflows + Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all tagging and experimentation processes to drive adoption and alignment + Create and enforce a rigorous validation process to guarantee data quality and trustworthiness + Champion efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement in experimentation and tagging + Manage escalations, guide cross-functional teams, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership + Mentor teams, upskill stakeholders, and actively advocate for experimentation and analytics as a strategic capability across the organization What you'll bring to the team... Education: + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience Work Experience: + 5+ years in digital experimentation, with proven impact on product outcomes + Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies + Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights + Exceptional verbal and written skills with a record of presenting to executives and aligning stakeholder + Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution Why work for us Since 1955, we have been leaders in tax preparation, financial services, and small business solutions. Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay Range $125,500.00 - $200,800.00/Yr.
