The Manager, Procurement is a critical role within the Operations & Supply Chain organization, leading and executing local procurement activities for Patriot aftermarket material orders. Based in Andover, MA, this position is responsible for managing all procurement and delivery assurance responsibilities within the Raytheon Andover office, simultaneously managing supply chain activities on behalf of critical Saudi Patriot production programs. This role includes leadership responsibilities, representing Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC), supporting the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) functional organization, ensuring timely and complaint placement and management of all procurement activities. **_This position will be onsite from our Andover, MA location._** **What You Will Do:** + Leadership: Represent the OSC organization on behalf of MENA ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving supply chain leadership, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure material availability and alignment with program schedules, while driving supplier performance to support turnaround and delivery targets, all to ensure that new material and repair and return (R&R) procurements are off the critical path. + Supplier Management: Foster strong supplier relationships ensuring timely placement, management, and delivery assurance of all procurement activities. + Procurement Operations: Oversee procurement operations within the Saudi Patriot Management Office, Andover MA, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and tracking of relevant performance metrics. Maintain oversight of all active new material and R&R scopes in WIP; monitor progress and escalate blockers. Own performance reporting to programs which include turnaround time (TAT), risks, requirements, and improvement actions. + Program Support: Lead and represent supply chain activities for critical execution programs such as Hawk and Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC) and Deep Maintenance for Patriot Systems Refurbishment (DMR), ensuring seamless integration of procurement and supply chain management activities to support program success. + Strategic Alignment: Ensure that procurement operations align with strategic objectives, driving 100% on time delivery, reduction of supplier overdue, and improving CORE domain process maturity. Initiate and support step-change initiatives for new and R&R material to improve TAT for all Saudi Patriot programs. + Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including program management, engineering, and finance, to support programmatic goals and objectives. + Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, implementing strategies to ensure flawless procurement compliance in alignment with standard work. + Cost Reduction: Drive cost reduction initiatives and support the adoption of CORE methods and tools to enhance operational excellence. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations. 5 years experience with an advanced degree + Project Management experience: + Citizenship: U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62" **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex supply chain operations and cross-functional teams. + Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed, cross-function team members + Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems + Experience creating and delivering presentations to managers, peers, and other stakeholders + Data analysis and metrics development experience + Strong organization skills to include attention to detail + Strong oral and written communication skills + Familiarity with Military Specifications + Understanding and use of export and import controls, compliance and licensing **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
