Lead process design on card origination journey and process map of products and servicesAct as project coordinator including planning, development and implementation of strategic initiativesServe as the single owner of all management information, overseeing data accuracy, reporting cadence, and insights generationIdentify opportunities for innovation and customer experience uplift Drive operational efficiency and ensure all process and controls comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and solicit their supports and inputs to ensure effective execution of the project scope
