Job Description

Accountable for implementing Prestige Banking objectives in view of the organisational intent. Develop and manage the end-to-end Prestige Banking capability and be accountable for both financial and operational deliverables for the allocated province.

Experience Required
Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking

3-4 years Leading a team within the private banking space.5-7 years Proven successful sales track record in the financial services industry.Advanced product knowledge including specialised products and financial structures and experience and knowledge in credit and compliance matters.Exposure to eCommerce practice, principles and digital platforms.Experience with banking / financial industry products and services and related regulatory compliance requirements and in the application of coaching and team performance optimisation techniques and tactics.
