Job Profile Summary The Manager, Planning & Replenishment reports to the Director, Planning and Replenishment and manages a group of associates responsible for the planning and replenishment in Integrated Planning. They will manage a team (10+) of planners and analysts to meet or exceed KPI goals, including but not limited to: customer order fulfillment improvement, inventory management, integrated planning activities that enhance the customer experience, operational efficiencies, and supplier engagement. Accountable for managing the implementation and execution of Integrated Planning capabilities and processes across all sites to drive goals and oversee stocking decisions across all lines of business. Act as an organizational change leader, ensuring team members and stakeholders effectively partner together to positively influence processes to meet strategic goals.

Job Profile Summary

The Manager, Planning & Replenishment manages a group of associates responsible for the planning and replenishment in Integrated Planning. They will manage a team (10+) of planners and analysts to meet or exceed goals on strategic Key Performance Indicators.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and Develop the planning and replenishment associates

Responsible for achieving KPIs

Contribute to the development and execute the implementation of planning & replenishment process

Manage the execution of supplier and product assortment initiatives

Provide feedback for Integrant Planning Capabilities including but not limited to: demand planning, replenishment, supplier engagement, S&OP, S&OE

Working cross functionally, leverage experience and analytical skills

Demonstrates well developed influencing skills with the ability to easily connect in a credible manner with cross functional teams

Creates and fosters high performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with a customer focus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree sufficient to successfully perform essential job functions required.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

2+ years in Supply Chain or Procurement expertise in the operational/field setting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Supply Chain experience within a retail, wholesale or distribution environment preferred

Experience in leading virtual teams

Multi-functional field experience

ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

Ability to influence and lead virtual teams

Ability to motivate high-performing teams & enable a culture of best practices

Ability to manage conflict and reach quick resolution with facts and dialogue

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

Proactive attitude of identifying and addressing issues as they arise

Strong communicator – written and verbal
