Manager, Planning – B2B Product Development
**What's The Role** The **Manager, Planning B2 Product Development** is responsible to provide end-to-end budget stewardship across a diverse portfolio of B2B telecommunications products and initiatives. This role oversees both Capex and Opex management in alignment with strategic business goals, and ensuring financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and effective resource allocation across the organization. The position supports program and project delivery by aligning financial management with commercial and technical execution. **What You'll Do** + Lead financial planning processes and provide ongoing oversight of Capex and Opex for B2B product initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Procurement, and Finance to ensure budget alignment and strategic spend. + Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), process Purchase Orders (POs), and provide day-to-day operational budget support. + Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in budget execution and implement corrective actions in coordination with stakeholders. + Maintain visibility into the technical and commercial context of key projects and programs to support effective financial decision-making. + Assist in planning and prioritization processes, and ensure financial tracking is linked to business outcomes and delivery milestones. + Ensure compliance with internal procurement and financial controls, and support continuous improvement of related processes. **What You'll Need** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or professional finance certification is a plus). + 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial operations, or program support roles, preferably in a telecom or tech environment. + Proven experience in Capex and Opex management for complex portfolios. + Strong project and program management skills with the ability to align financial and operational execution. + Proficiency in financial tools, spreadsheets, and procurement systems. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies. + Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic B2B telecommunications environment. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands Liberty Latin America, Liberty Networks, Liberty Caribbean, Liberty Business, Liberty Caribbean ICT, Cable & Wireless, Cable & Wireless Business, Bahamas Telecommunication (BTC), FLOW, VTR, Liberty Puerto Rico & USVI, Liberty Costa Rica, and Más Móvil.
