CIBC US Region is focused on deepening client relationships by delivering a full range of financial products and services to clients in the US Region. The group provides business strategy and integrated financial services to clients. **What you'll be doing**
The Manager, People Change Management (PCM) is responsible for leading the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. This role involves managing cross-functional OCM teams, leading significant OCM initiatives at the Enterprise/CUSO-wide level, and providing strategic direction to senior leadership.

**How you'll succeed**
Change Management Strategy
+ Drives the development and implementation of advanced people change management strategies and plans.
+ Implements OCM methodologies and tools to ensure consistent application across projects.
+ Provides strategic direction and best practices to project teams to enhance change adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Leads stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and develop tailored engagement plans.
+ Drives effective communication and engagement with stakeholder by coordinating with project teams.
+ Facilitates workshops and meetings to gather feedback and address concerns from stakeholders.
Communication and Training
+ Develops comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.
+ Creates training materials and resources to support stakeholder readiness and capability building.
+ Delivers training sessions and provides ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of changes.
Monitoring and Reporting
+ Tracks progress of change initiatives and identifies areas for improvement.
+ Reports on change management metrics and outcomes to project teams and senior leadership.
+ Conducts impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
Risk Management
+ Identifies potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives.
+ Develops mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure smooth implementation.
+ Escalates significant risks to senior leadership as necessary.
Continuous Improvement
+ Drives the identification of opportunities to improve change management processes and tools.
+ Collaborates with the PCM team to share best practices and lessons learned.
+ Contributes to the development of PCM methodologies and frameworks.
Leadership and Mentoring
+ Leads cross-functional teams and complex projects, managing a team of PCM resources.
+ Mentors junior team members and provides guidance on change management practices.
+ Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a positive change culture.
**Who you are**
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
+ Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
+ Expert in OCM methodologies, theories, and advanced application of OCM principles across projects.
+ Regularly leads significant OCM initiatives at the Enterprise/CUSO-wide level.
+ Manages cross-functional OCM teams.
+ 5 - 8 years of experience with leadership in complex projects.
+ Strategic decision-maker with significant influence on organizational direction.
+ Decisions impact multiple departments or projects.
+ Tackles complex and multi-faceted problems with minimal supervision.
+ Significant independent judgment and decision-making.
+ Leads cross-functional teams and complex projects.
+ High autonomy, proactive in decision-making and leadership.
+ Drives strategic innovation across multiple OCM disciplines/domains.
+ Leads the development of creative solutions for complex challenges.
At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of **_$145,000K - $160,000K_** for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
