As Manager, Packaging Strategy, you will be a key contributor to transformational projects and analysis that enable the North American business to achieve our packaging goals. This role develops and executes solutions in organizational change, cross-functional activation, and product portfolio management.
Primary Responsibilities

4–7 years of relevant experience, with packaging engineering, environmental sciences, and/or sustainability project management, or related field.Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex sustainability topics into simple, actionable insights.Collaborative and cross-functional—excited to work across teams and disciplines to create integrated plans.Curious and entrepreneurial, always looking for new ways to bring value to our customers and our planet.CompetenciesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to lead high-profile projects to deliver results.Active listening skills with the ability to understand your audience, synthesize key ideas, and weave together information to create a compelling story that creates impact and buy-in.Experience with Microsoft Office suite.The ability to deliver high-quality work independently.Outstanding organizational skills—ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.Capacity for designing and implementing creative and flexible solutions to problems.Demonstrated experience leading sustainability projects in cross-functional teams.Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire others, and to manage and mentor direct reports.Take ownership for actions, behaviors, and contributions while inspiring and motivating self and others.Work with business colleagues and external partners to implement plans under your pillar.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and abilitySalary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,190; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
