The Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end-to-end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and partners throughout supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery.
core responsibilities
Reporting to Director, Global Packaging & Labelling, the Manager, Packaging & Labelling Operations is responsible for leading a team of project managers to strategically, plan, design, and develop processes and to organize, plan and manage opportunity and risk in end-to-end commercialization of global and regional packaging materials from concept to production-ready assets. Their operation leadership and strategic vision ensures that packaging is commercialized on time, accurately, reliably, while balancing business resources and deliverables. Scope includes all End-to-End Enterprise Packaging touchpoints from Retail Packaging, Shoppers, Giftcards, Ecomm/Fulfillment Packaging, Product Packaging and Labelling.
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years in packaging/print media production, creative/manufacturing operations, or related field 3+ years leading direct/indirect teams/contributorsExperience in vendor management and cross-functional project leadershipmust haves

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
