Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Occupational Therapy to oversee outpatient operations, supervise staff, and provide direct patient care. This role combines administrative leadership with clinical responsibilities and requires strong collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage daily operations of the outpatient OT program, including program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor OT staff
○ 7 therapists with varying experience levels (new-30 years of experience)
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones and sit in on sessions as needed.
• Provide direct patient care (12–15 hours/week) and maintain caseload.
• Conduct evaluations and oversee evaluation blocks.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Act as liaison between OT leadership and other departments.
• Collaborate on updates, improvements, and expansion projects while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience
○ Including 2+ years pediatrics
• At least 1–2 years supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage complex cases. Plusses:
• Certifications in pediatric care
• Master's degree
