Basic Function Customer Service Director の指示の下、業務委託会社と連携しながら日々の売上関連業務が滞りなく行われるよう作業優先度の調整や人員配置の適正化を図り、月内に全ての売上関連処理が行われるようにチームを運営します。 Order to Cashの業務改善、標準化、簡素化をリードし、顧客及び事業部へのサービス向上に努めます。 Total Supply Chain改善の観点より、S&DPチーム及びDistribution &Logistics と連携し、External/Internal Customerへのサービス向上に努めます。 Responsibilities + サプライチェーンにおける受注・出荷～売上計上(Order To Cash )の全体プロセスの内、売上計上 + 業務を管轄するマネージャーです。 + カスタマーサービス（短期・長期貸出・売上業務）における社内外へのサービスの向上を行う + 必要に応じて顧客納期を満たせるよう業務委託会社と作業優先度について調整を図ります。 + 各種業務プロセスや手順の改善及び標準化を実施し、より円滑な業務運営の構築に貢献します。 + 各種レポートの作成、集計業務を行います。（Excel/Powrer BI等でのデータ集計や加工） + 社内関係部門、業務委託業者など関係者と良好な関係を構築し、協業体制を強化します。 + チームメンバーと共に円滑な職場運営のために協力しながら業務を分担して担当します。 + 医療機器ビジネスへの貢献をリードする（全般） Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred + 現場の作業計画立案や関係部門との調整、ならびに現場への作業指示などの監督業務の経験 + 現場作業性改善主導の経験や作業品質改善の経験 + SAPまたはOracleなど各種統合システム（ERP）のユーザー経験を持っている + Customer Serviceもしくは営業アシスタントの経験がある + チーム及び社内外と円滑なコミュニケーションを持つことができる Skills/Special Training Required + Logical Thinking Skill + Excel（関数）、Word、Power Point等のPCスキル + 英語による読み・書き及びコミュニケーション（Optional） + Activity Based Costing に関する知識（Optional） + Power BI（Optional） Basic Function Under the direction of the Customer Service Director and in cooperation with outsource company, adjust work priorities and optimize personnel assignments to ensure that daily sales-related work is performed without delay, and manage invoicing team to ensure that all sales-related processes are completed within the month. Lead the improvement, standardization and simplification of Order to Cash operation processe, and strive to improve services and quality to customers and business units. From the perspective of total supply chain improvement, work with S&DP team and Distribution & Logistics to improve services to external/internal customers. Responsibilities + Manager in charge of the sales invoicing operations within the entire supply chain process from order entering, shipment to sales booking (Order To Cash ) . + Improve internal and external service as Customer Service team (short-term and long-term lending and sales operations). + The role is to coordinate with the outsourcing company on work priorities to meet customer deadlines as required. + Establish smoother business operations by improving and standardising various business processes and procedures. + Prepare various reports and compiles them. (Data compilation and processing using Excel/Powrer BI, etc.). + Build good relationships and strengthen collaboration with related parties such as internal departments and subcontractors. + Work with team members to ensure the smooth running of the workplace and to share responsibility for tasks. + Leads the contribution to the medical device business (in general). Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred + Experience in supervisory duties such as planning work on site, coordinating with related departments, and providing work instructions to the work site + Experience in leading onsite workability improvement and/or work quality improvement + Experience as a user of various integrated systems (ERP) such as SAP or Oracle. + Experience as a Customer Service or Sales Assistant + Able to communicate well with the team, internally and externally.
