Product Lead, Oracle Transformation Delivery
Role Overview
Product Lead, Oracle Transformation Delivery (Band 35) is accountable for hands-on product delivery of Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities as part of the enterprise transformation program. Operating within the Product / Capabilities organization, this role drives the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of assigned Oracle Cloud Procurement modules across defined business units and workstreams.
The Product Lead partners closely with Finance, Technology, Tax, Business teams, and System Integrator to translate requirements into product-ready Oracle Cloud solutions, manage interdependence at the module level, and ensure delivery meets approved product standards, control requirements, and implementation timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud P2P Product Ownership
Act as the functional product owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P modules, including:Procurement & Self-Service ProcurementSupplier ManagementAccounts Payable – Invoicing & TaxationProject Accounting (P2P touchpoints)Implementation Transition & Stabilization
Lead the end-to-end functional delivery of Oracle Cloud P2P modules, from design and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that enable an optimal user experience.In partnership with enterprise technology services to conduct fit-gap analysis, lead design workshops, and guide functional configuration of P2P modules (PO, iProcurement, AP, Supplier Portal, Invoice Imaging).Support data migration and User Acceptance testing.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile practices.Partner with Technology and System Integrator teams during implementation, cutover, and hyper care to ensure a controlled transition into Product ownership.Lead stabilization activities post-go-live, ensuring defects are triaged, root-caused, and resolved in line with support SLAs.Work in partnership with Product BAU team to ensure knowledge transfer and ownership of post-production support of Oracle cloud releases.Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Payment Strategy & Operations, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure Oracle configurations meet functional, compliance, and regulatory expectationsPartner with Technology and SI partner to ensure stability of interfaces (banking, tax engines, supplier systems, upstream/downstream systems).Support incident management, defect prioritization, and backlog grooming from a product and business impact perspective.Collaborate with Training and Change teams to support adoption, role clarity, and user effectiveness.Continuous Improvement & Oracle Cloud Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, and controls using Oracle Cloud standard features.Drive standardization and simplification of P2P processes, minimizing customizations and technical debt.Contribute to longer-term Oracle Cloud roadmap discussions for Procurement and payments capabilities.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, ERP product ownership, or Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal, and related P2P modules.Experience transitioning Oracle Cloud solutions from implementation into BAU product ownership.Strong understanding of:Oracle Fusion Financials architectureApproval workflows and controlsTax configuration (GST / VAT)Integration touchpoints within P2PExperience operating in complex, global, multi-entity, environments.· Exposure to Agile development methodology
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Product, Technology, and Business teams.Prior experience working within a Product or Platform ownership model is preferred.Leadership Competencies
