**Position Summary...**
As a Manager of Performance and Operations within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization, you will play a critical role in driving network-wide excellence by improving on-time delivery and reducing cancellations. This role bridges strategic vision and operational execution, translating long-term goals into measurable outcomes, optimizing processes for efficiency and consistency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless and reliable customer experience.

**What You’ll Do**
+ **On-Time Delivery (OTD) Pain Point Resolution** Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring OTD challenges such as intra-day and intra-week delivery issues. Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to design and test solutions that drive measurable performance improvements.
+ **Driver Engagement and Supply Shaping** Develop and implement strategies to enhance driver engagement and ensure supply is optimized for demand patterns. Partner with regional operations and product teams to adjust incentive structures and driver communication programs that improve OTD performance.
+ **Cancellation Reduction Strategy** Investigate and address key cancellation drivers across shopper and customer journeys, with a focus on post-offer publish scenarios. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design interventions that strengthen shopper reliability and delivery consistency.
+ **Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Insights Generation** Build, maintain, and expand RCA documentation for both OTD and cancellations. Collaborate with analytics partners to identify systemic issues and leverage advanced tools, including GenAI, to automate RCA processes and surface actionable insights.
+ **Performance Optimization and Special Projects** Lead deep dives into unique markets and underperforming stores (e.g., rural, beach, or ski zones). Work cross-functionally to design, test, and implement targeted interventions that enhance performance and elevate customer experience.
+ **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** Support ongoing initiatives such as oversize and non-Spark OTD improvements. Develop clear metrics frameworks, track results, and share best practices across the network to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
