What you will do
The Medical Division is seeking to hire a Manager, Operations (Onsite). You will play a critical leadership role in driving the performance, engagement, and development of one or more operational teams. You will collaborate closely with team leaders to ensure excellence in quality, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and capacity planning. You will focus on continuous improvement and team empowerment, the Manager fosters a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and accountability. You will provide hands-on training and mentorship to Senior Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Associate Team Leaders while supporting new product implementation and contributing to key initiatives within Centers of Excellence. As the leader, you will set and hold high standards by building meaningful customer relationships and ensures best-in-class products and service are delivered with consistency and integrity.
What you need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field8 years of experience in manufacturing, quality engineering or related fieldExperience leading teams, either directly or through cross-functional or matrixed leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft SuiteExperience applying manufacturing best practices to drive operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvementPreferred Qualifications
