Position Summary...The Manager, Operations - Control Management plays a critical role on the Trust & Safety team within Last Mile Delivery (LMD). This position supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of operational controls and standards that ensure compliance and operational excellence. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy—to execute controls, monitor industry changes, and drive process improvements. The Operations Control Management team within Last Mile Delivery is dedicated to establishing and maintaining robust operational controls and standards that support operational excellence. This team collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy partners to implement effective controls, monitor industry developments, and drive continuous process improvements. Focused on scalable solutions, the team prioritizes risk reduction and business continuity. Members are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to enhancing operational efficiency while aligning efforts with broader business objectives to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.
What you'll do:
Controls & Monitoring Assist in developing and maintaining operational controls and standards.Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices impacting LMD.Conduct research and benchmarking to inform operational strategies.
Operational Implementation Support the rollout of new operational controls in partnership with Operations and Technology teams.Maintain documentation and ensure controls are implemented effectively and consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy teams to align on requirements.Coordinate meetings and provide updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
Operational Excellence Track and report on control performance and key metrics.Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
