The Role: Operations Manager


We're looking for an exceptional leader to spearhead our operations in the bulking and filling of commercial sterile pharmaceutical products.
 

What You'll Do:Lead and inspire production teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and quality complianceEnsure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery to customers with a Right First Time (RFT) approachDrive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall site performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Engineering, and moreDevelop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectivesManage manufacturing processes, resolve issues, and optimize production efficiencyUphold GMP standards and maintain regulatory compliance across UK, Europe, and USAChampion safety, health, and environmental initiatives within the organization
What You'll Bring:Established leadership experience in a Pharmaceutical/Healthcare environmentDeep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulationsExperience in bulk manufacturing and filling within medium to large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturingDegree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Strong decision-making skills with a focus on risk-based approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in implementing operational excellence and continuous improvement initiativesProficiency in data analysis, project management, and performance improvement methodologies
