The Manager, Operational Data & Resource Capacity Management collects, reports, and operationalizes data to best support the goals of the Client Services organization (Professional Services and Client Success) and to enable the optimal allocation of resources. This leader leverages their analytical and data reporting skills, knowledge of Resource Capacity Management best-practices and modeling, and their team of data analysts to ensure Client Services capacity is balanced with business demand, colleague utilization is maximized to attain margin and efficiency targets, and the right people are aligned to the right work to drive colleague and client satisfaction. This position focuses on providing operational data and insights that support organizational performance to Client Services leadership and teams, Executives, and partners in other functions including Finance and Revenue Operations.
Starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $139,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
Responsibilities Develops and maintains resource capacity models to forecast resource demand and optimize allocation across Client ServicesBuilds and enhances dashboards and reports that empower teams and leaders to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisionsLeads a team of data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable operational insightsMonitors and reports on colleague utilization, ensuring alignment with margin and efficiency targetsProvides monthly executive-level reporting on Client Services performance, capacity, and resource trendsPartners with Finance and Revenue Operations to inform budgeting, headcount planning, and hiring strategiesDelivers data and reporting that supports governance efforts for managing client accounts and implementation projectsEnsures resource capacity is balanced with business demand to support successful project delivery and client satisfactionTranslates complex data into clear narratives for Client Services leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersEstablishes and maintains data integrity and consistency across operational reporting systemsIdentifies and addresses gaps in resource planning and utilization through proactive analysis and recommendationsCollaborates with Client Success and Professional Services leaders to align operational data with strategic goalsDrives continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and methodologiesSupports scenario planning and “what-if” modeling to evaluate the impact of business changes on resource needChampions the use of data to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellenceResponsible for performance management of team membersPerforms team member review, evaluation, and compensation processesAccountable for the team’s successOther duties as assigned Qualifications
