Manager, Omnichannel Inventory Planning

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical supply chain professional to support our growing digital business. This role is responsible for end-to-end inventory planning supporting CVS.com, rapid delivery platforms, and third-party fulfillment programs. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between supply chain, merchandising, and external partners to ensure optimal product availability, support new initiatives, and drive operational excellence across our digital channels. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead supply and demand planning to support digital sales on CVS.com, rapid delivery platforms, and vending programs. + Act as the supply chain point of contact for digital initiatives and emerging channels. + Identify and execute opportunities to improve web availability. + Support digital early launch and exclusive programs. + Optimize digital safety stock levels to drive order fill rates and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with external partners on demand forecasts, supply constraints, and assortment updates. + Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and shipping cost per order. + Stay current on emerging technologies and trends impacting eCommerce, and assess potential impacts on the supply chain. **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related function. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. + Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership. + Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work through ambiguity in a dynamic business setting. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. + Experience with SQL or other database query languages. + Experience using Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment. **Education** + High School Diploma or equivalent work experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
