Seeking a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to guide a dedicated sales team to new heights. As Manager of Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and support team development. Your actions will directly contribute to increasing our market share and enhancing customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to consistently surpass sales goals and yield targetsSupervise and develop all Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and trainingMonitor payroll processes and verify accurate commission calculations for team membersCommunicate current market offers to sales staff, ensuring compliance and optimal use of strategiesManage and assign leads, overseeing territory distribution and performance for all Multi-Tenant personnelAddress employee relations, providing coaching, performance appraisals and safety training to foster professional growthSupport sales operations with approximately 80 percent office work and 20 percent field work, adapting to business needsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experienceExperience
2+ years of sales experience2+ years of sales management experienceSkills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAbility to manage and motivate others to achieve targetsAbility to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheetsVision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focusValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurancePreferred Qualifications
