Here is an awesome opportunity to lead strategic partnerships to deliver greater value and enhance customer lifetime value!** This position will be responsible for leading the membership expansion through strategic partnerships, working closely with cross functional teams across multiple business units. **Please note:** This role is based in our London HUB, and we offer a hybrid working model, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. _This global role may require occasional travel._ During the holiday season, please note that there may be delays in the recruitment process. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. **Core Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of the strategic partnership framework for membership. + Lead the cross functional exploration and development of new revenue and growth strategies with strategic retail partners. + Engage with external partners to establish value creation opportunities to enhance the membership offering and to reach new audiences. + Lead cross functional development and negotiation of commercial proposals with external partners to achieve membership targets, commercial results and ROI. + Develop and maintain on-going relationships with strategic partners. + Partner with key stakeholders to define and enable membership experiences through partner channels & platforms. + Lead the business requirements for partnership expansion into the overall Membership & Personalisation capability framework. + Provide strategic updates to cross functional stakeholders to secure commitment, collaboration and prioritization across multiple business units. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Youwill lead, develop and deliver the partnership strategy to achieve our Membership Expansion goals and objectives.The role will sit in the Global Membership & Personalisation Team, and you will report directly to the Head of Membership Expansion & Partnerships. **Do you have what it takes?** + Solid experience of managing best in class membership/loyalty programs. With experience in go to market program delivery. + Experience in developing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements that enhance membership propositions and deliver commercial results. + Experience with managing and driving cross-functional strategic projects for customer loyalty, customer experience and offerings. + Experience with navigating and communicating among a diverse group of stakeholders in a global company. + Strong commercial acumen to develop business case proposals and establish revenue generating opportunities. + Strong problem solving & communication capabilities. + Excells at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation + As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excels at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders. \#LI-SG2 \#LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
