As a Manager, Media Strategy and Planning **,** you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi\-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits\. On the Media Strategy & Planning team reporting to the Director, Media Strategy & Planning, you will work on projects includingserving the Marketing team with subject matter expertise, working with, and leading the media agency relationships, and applying emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace\.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.
**What your day\-to\-day will be like:**
+ You will oversee media team operations and governance, including outlining advancements in innovation and leading the strategy and implementation of brand safety guidelines\.
+ You will support execution of comprehensive, multi\-channel media plans for Hilton\.
+ You will ensure timelines are adhered to, expectations across multiple partners are managed, and outstanding media safeguards are implemented\.
**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ Develop campaign media strategy and tactical execution, forging internal relationships and building out and overseeing the media planning process as the media subject matter expert within the walls of Hilton\.
+ Work with partners \(such as measurement, analytics, brand marketing, content marketing, partnerships\)\. to achieve common goals, share findings, and best practices, and pull projects forward\.
+ Be a daily liaison for internal partners, media and creative agencies, and the sales rep community\.
**What projects you will take ownership of:**
+ Shape Hilton's media transformation approach, including testing new means of media measurement, advanced video buying via DSP, and emerging channels\.
+ Promote media and content brand safety and suitability guidelines with agencies and media teams within Hilton\.
+ Support implementation of 1st party data strategy through implementation of LiveRamp, partnering with Director and MarTech team on strategy and activation across channels\.
**WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT**
**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Five \(5\) years of experience in media planning or corporate marketing\.
+ Experience planning across a wide array of media channels including social, video \(linear TV, connected TV, online/digital video\), display, audio \(terrestrial, streaming, podcast\) and other non\-traditional media\.
+ Strategic understanding of the role media plays within a marketing narrative across the purchase journey\.
+ Experience planning and stewarding cross\-channel media sponsorships\.
+ Experience using audience/data targeting tactics within the programmatic digital landscape\.
+ Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA or Addison, TX \(3 days per week in office\)\.
+ Travel 10%\.
**It would be useful if you have:**
+ BA/BS Bachelor's Degree\.
+ Experience with media operations, governance, or standards\.
+ Experience managing complex media plans across several lines of business\.
+ Prior experience with LiveRamp, CDPs, or 1st party customer strategy approaches in media\.
