What will you be doing?

Oversee Material Planning Operations: Support all brands and customers, maintaining expertise and knowledge of the detail within the function, and becoming involved in day-to-day issues that impact critical deadlines and deliverables, as well as critical issues that are of significant consequence to the success of the function Raw Material Planning and Sourcing: Collaborate with Product Development and Design to understand seasonal brands’ direction to utilize best suppliers, and lead seasonal material bulk buy process Material Rationalization and Inventory Management: Lead quarterly review of materials to deploy strategy of determining core materials to utilize, and monitor and track rationalization programs to ensure adherence to usage Lead Time and Risk Mitigation Strategies: Partner on the creation of lead-time calendars and creates KPI’s to drive operational efficiencies and opportunities, as well as develop strategies to minimize any supplier risks Finalize and Present Departmental Reports: Ensure on-time, on quality deliverables by the team and leverage information to provide actional perspective to business partners Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, researching and proposing solutions, including collaboration with IT to develop business case and ROIC, leading and driving completion of projects

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelors’ Degree (Logistics, Business, or Supply Chain Management); Supply Chain Certification/MBA preferred 5-7 years relevant business experience within Wholesale/Supply Chain required Minimum 3-5 years Supply Planning experience Data analytics / trend report preparation & analysis required Advanced MS Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup) required Experience with SAP (FI, S4, AO, BI, AFS, FSCM) or equivalent required
