Manager, Marketing - WFM Owned & Influencer Channels
As Manager, Marketing of WFM Owned & Influencer Channels, you are a seasoned marketing leader who has deep roots in social platforms, content & engagement strategies, content planning and execution, influencer marketing, organic social and measuring the effectiveness of social media and influencer initiatives within the broader marketing communications strategy.

You are passionate about social and influencer marketing not just as channels, but as catalysts to creating integrated campaigns that reach and engage, build brand love and ultimately drive our brand and business forward.

In this role, you will hire and galvanize your team of direct reports to best leverage each platform independently and collectively in order to maximize customers’ ROA (return on attention).

Key job responsibilities
- Reporting into Director of Brand & Sustainability, in this role you are leading the development and implementation of social and influencer strategies and managing a team of 6 direct reports.
- You are responsible for ensuring strategic and creative excellence in WFM brand and social media channels (including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms), managing how brand ambassadors and influencers tell the Whole Foods Market story in their channels, and using data to optimize performance.
- You are well versed in Internet and pop cultures, are likely obsessed with food puns and snacking.
