Job DescriptionTo support the strategic goals of the Brand and Marketing team by managing the operational backbone of marketing delivery. This includes optimising marketing processes, overseeing marketing systems and data governance, and enabling performance reporting and compliance. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
QualificationsFirst Degree in Marketing required or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred5–10 years’ experience across the Brand and Marketing value chain, with a strong focus on Marketing OperationsProven track record of enabling marketers to deliver exceptional results through operational excellence with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional marketing operations in large, matrixed organisationsExperience managing integrated marketing systems and platforms i.e CRM, DAMExposure to enterprise-wide service governance and cross-entity operating models, including stakeholder alignment, intercompany service agreements, compliance frameworks, and strategic performance reportingAdditional InformationBehavioural Competencies:
