In this role, you’ll propose, develop, and implement marketing plans, policies and activities. Research and develop strategic pricing activities and recommend sales channels.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and Implement marketing plans and strategy across different geographies in LACA. Provide key field information to the country's leaders and find opportunities to grow the business. Be a bridge between Western Union and its agents, holding meetings with them to review campaigns and performance to ensure we are achieving the set goals. Keep track of the main competitors’ activities in the market and identify new risks from them. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy & action plan aligned to the company’s goals and objectives. Develop and own end to end marketing strategy, identifying key levers across channels to scale customer acquisition, engagement and conversion. Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels in alignment to deliver business outcomes. Design and optimize lifecycle journeys using our own channels to improve engagement and reduce churn. Championing a test and learning approach using A/B testing, cohort analysis and funnel metrics to improve campaign performance and user experience. Drive marketing efficiency through deep analysis of unit economics, understanding market dynamics, customer behavior and growth levers to influence strategic and tactical decisions. Cross functional collaboration working with various functions – analytics, product experience, sales etc. to drive seamless alignment on marketing initiatives. 5+ years of Marketing experience and have a proven track record in campaign management and results achieved. A master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred. Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 tools. Efficiency in using excel, gather insights, and analyze data. Experience in performing research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review. A background in financial services and payment is preferred, as well as international exposure. Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional global team members from Analysts to Executive Management levels. Strong relationship building expertise with internal business stakeholders and external partners.
