Manager, Managed Vision Care

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a manager to lead cross-functional projects and teams to improve processes that support our growing vision insurance business. In this position, you’ll help build a great experience for customers using their vision insurance. What you'll do:

Specialize in relationship management, issue tracking, and customer support. Manage projects aimed at improving customer experience and communication and oversee launches of new initiatives. Develop our insurance carrier relationships, manage agendas, and facilitate regular carrier meetings Escalate issues to carriers as needed and track their status Manage projects as a key PM for the managed vision care team Oversee and report on carrier-specific rollouts and changes Track and share progress and risks on insurance-related projects, and provide input for monthly and quarterly business review decks and other report-outs Serve as a point of escalation and troubleshooting for customer issues related to insurance Support testing in a stage environment for any new tech updates, product launches, and expansions Monitor and make strategic recommendations for insurance-related NPS considerations Develop communication for store/CX/OD/internal training to support an excellent customer experience, including changes, launches, and carrier expansions Collaborate with cross-functional partners across all aspects of our business to ensure we deliver an amazing customer experience and achieve our performance goals

Who you are:

5+ years of relevant experience with vision insurance benefits Proven project or initiative management skills A strategic, analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills An excellent communicator (in groups big and small) with strong interpersonal skills Always on top of things and unflappably professional: an organizational powerhouse who’s able to prioritize and manage the details of multiple initiatives at the same time An effective team player when working with key cross-functional stakeholders Not on the Officer of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.

New York Pay Range$100,625—$115,000 USD
