Eaton’s Strategy & Corporate Development team is hiring a Manager, M&A Integration. This position can be based remotely within the US. This position requires 25% travel on average.
Eaton’s Strategy and Corporate Development Team is building out an M&A Integration practice to guide acquiring Eaton business teams and acquired employee integration teams through a structured integration process to drive value creation.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
• Support the build out and deployment of the integration practice for Eaton
• Lead assigned M&A Integration from due diligence to full integration
• Collaborate with the VP -Integration, Strategy & Corporate Development team and business leadership to assess integration complexity, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate corporate function, acquiring business and acquired business resources in building and executing integration plans
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-close activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and track rigorous budgets
• Track outcomes of M&A deals
• Support the development of divestiture strategies
• Execute integration strategies that align with the company's objectives, including identifying synergies, setting integration goals, and creating integration plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, HR, and IT, to ensure seamless integration. Coordinate efforts across departments and manage resources effectively
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track integration progress and measure performance against metrics. Report to senior management and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and investors
• Capture value from mergers or acquisitions by realizing cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies
• Train and mentor leaders to navigate M&A complexities
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Direct experience leading the cross-functional integration(s) of an acquired entity or entities into a larger organization
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within or consulting within a multinational company
• Big 4 or similar consulting experience with a focus on M&A integration a plus
• Experience within manufacturing operations helpful
• Proven ability to contribute to cross-functional integration initiatives in a global environment.
