Main Responsibilities + Manage, execute & ensure process documentation of the day-to-day operations of LTI administration (e.g., advisory services, ensure operational controls are in place & being adhered to, system & data integrity, etc.) + Main liaison with UBS on Plan Admin Pro functionality, as well as serve as Workday system expert for LTI team. + Manage portions of and/or support the annual calibration process, up through creation of annual Comp Committee LTI Awards book. + Responsible for LTI grants processes (e.g., annual, interim, etc.) + Create framework for audit processes (e.g., death, long-term disability, retirement) & execute when required. + Support executive compensation team/leadership as requested or required. + Support requests and employee inquiries as needed. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree Minimum 7 years HR experience; knowledge of tax, payroll and/or long-term incentive programs. Proficient in Excel and Workday; effective written and presentation skills; strong attention to detail and organization skills; process and project management.
