The Liquidity and Funding Management group within Treasury handles liquidity and funding planning across the corporation and its subsidiaries, including our bank and broker-dealers. We monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory ratios including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and associated public disclosures, Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Report. We also develop tools to assist our business partners in analyzing the liquidity impacts of business decisions. We work with our second line partners to assist in the development of robust contingency liquidity analyses and plans to help identify emerging risks. This group is responsible for the design of company liquidity management policies, ensuring compliance at all times, and escalating issues to senior management as necessary. We work with internal and external partners on multiple ongoing examinations and audits of liquidity practices.

Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation for functional and non-functional enhancemnets supporting Liquidity Regulatory reporting processesPerform in-depth analysis and validation of liquidity reports including LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory complianceSupport daily on-time regulatory submissions and maintain internal procedures and documentation for liquidity reporting processesSupport testing by participating and validating UAT results through detailed analytical reviewCreate and optimize SQL queries to analyze datasets of varying complexity; develop analytical models and automation solutionsAnalyze and interpret data from multiple sources including databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; make data-driven recommendations for technical solutions and process improvementsPerform comprehensive data analysis and defect identification; collaborate with technology partners to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely closureAct as treasury liaison in projects for developing liquidity monitoring tools and analytical frameworksDocument and present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
