This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager, Learning Technology, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology & Innovation Team reporting to the Director, HR Talent Technology, you will help drive the technical direction and evolution of Hilton's enterprise learning ecosystem. Partnering closely across HR and Technology functions, this role will support the implementation, governance, and ongoing platform optimization of Hilton's learning management system (LMS). You will work with members of the Learning Technology Team and key business partners to drive key technical capabilities, including API-based integrations with external vendors and enterprise HR systems, to deliver a connected digital Team Member experience and operational efficiency at scale.

What you'll do during a typical day:

Architect, maintain, and continuously optimize the LMS technical ecosystem, including inbound and outbound integrations, APIs, data flows, and system connectivity across enterprise platforms systems and external vendors.Supporting platform governance for the LMS, leading configuration, technical vendor management, testing oversight, documentation standards, and reporting analytics to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact learning delivery globally.Build and support REST‑based integrations, including authentication, JSON/XML workflows, and ongoing troubleshootingDevelop and manage automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Informatica.Act as the escalation point for LMS issues across configuration, integrations, reporting, and platform analytics.Support the greater Learning Technology team where needed with course content and system troubleshooting.

How you'll collaborate with others:

Partner closely across HR, Technology, and regional stakeholders to translate business and learning needs into platform capabilities and configuration decisions.Collaborate with LMS vendors to resolve platform issues, manage enhancement requests, and stay current on release cycles.Help establish and uphold a LMS governance framework including change management processes, release management cadence, and a prioritized enhancement backlog alongside key business stakeholders.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

The technical transition and ongoing optimization of a new learning management system, including data, content, and user mapping, testing coordination, launch readiness, and post-launch platform performance.A scalable library of Power Automate workflows to streamline LMS operations and improve learner and administrator experiences.LMS API integration architecture and documentation, including data flows, error handling, and specifications for Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and other connected systems.Deliver reporting on platform health, adoption, migration progress, integration performance, and other key metrics.Review enhancements to the LMS with each planned release and perform testing to determine impacts to existing processes, connections, and integrations.Operational SOPs, and knowledge base documentation supporting platform stability, governance, and continuous improvement.What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in learning technology role within a global or multi‑region environmentThree (3) years of hands‑on experience configuring and administering Learning Management Systems, including reporting, content management, and system operationsTwo (2) years of experience with importing information into a learning management system using mass upload tools, such as the Rapid Data Import tool in Cornerstone productsAPI integration expertise, with hands‑on experience designing and supporting REST APIs, working with JSON and XML data formats, and implementing secure authentication protocolsUnderstanding of LMS data structures, eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI/AICC), compliance and audit reporting, and content lifecycle managementExperience building and managing Microsoft Power Automate workflows or similar

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor's degree or higherFive plus (5+) years of experience with Cornerstone LMS platformsExperience producing security‑focused technical documentation, including architecture and application data flow diagrams for security and compliance reviewsExperience with additional Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power BIFamiliarity with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, ServiceNow, and identity management or SSO platformsCornerstone certifications or relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, API development)How We'll Help You Thrive
